A cozy studio apartment with all amenities located in one of the colorful Tbilisi courtyards of the central district of the city (400 meters from the central point). 650 meters from the metro station “Freedom Square” and the “Bridge of Peace”, 550 meters from the square “Meidan” and 700 meters from the famous sulfur baths, waterfall, and fortress “Narikala”. All major attractions are within walking distance from the house. Feel the spirit of one of the oldest districts of Tbilisi. Bonus: When booking for 3 nights or more, you will be provided with a “Welcome drink” and fruits, a SIM card with unlimited internet for full period of stay, as well as travel cards for public transport and the funicular of the “Mtatsminda” Park. Also, magnets as gift. Everything for free! A trifle, of course, but nice! :)

Very lively, recently renovated area. Bars, restaurants, shops, everything is close at hand. Narrow cobbled streets. Old houses that have seen many interesting stories in their lifetime. Nearby is the square of the artist Lado Gudiashvili, a great place to sit, admire the fountain, and take memorable photos while a pleasant breeze blows from the side of the hill of the Mother of Georgia monument. All this and much more will create an unforgettable experience of your holiday in Tbilisi.
