I am renting out my brand-new apartment in the heart of Old Tbilisi. The renovation has just been completed, and everything in the apartment is completely new. The building itself is also newly constructed, offering a modern and comfortable living experience. All furniture and appliances are brand-new, ensuring a fresh, stylish, and cozy stay.
My name is Lika. I live in Europe, but I recently purchased this apartment in Tbilisi for my own stays at least one month per year. Whenever I am not in the city, I am happy to offer it for rent.
The flat is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed according to my personal taste. It is modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The flat is located in the Old Tbilisi district, while the surrounding area is newly developed and modern. The historic heart of Tbilisi — Abanotubani — is just 1.8 km away, making it an ideal location for exploring the city’s culture and landmarks.
Pharmacies, grocery stores, and shops selling alcohol are all conveniently located around the building, so you’ll have everything you need just steps away.
