You can reach by foot all major attractions of the old city (famous Sulfur Baths -50 meters, Jumah mosque-150 meters , the Waterfall in Legvtakhevi -300 meters, National Botanical Garden of Tbilisi - 200 meters, Peace Bridge -500 meters and many other famous places of Tbilisi) In adition, Our street is full of small cafes and restaurants. Bus stop in 70 meters, nearby Metro station Avlabari in 500meters.

The apartment has iron door and windows guards (100% safety warrantied) It is equipped with all necessary amenities you might need -cable TV (50 inches diagonal), free Wifi internet, washing machine, air-conditioner, fridge, iron with desk, hair-dryer, toster and so on. Also items of personal hygiene: towels, disposable slippers, soap, tooth paste with brush, shampoo etc.
