Great view and unique atmosphere. Also the road isn't far and a shop is nearby. So you can relax or work. Kutaisi city center is ~10 min away by car. So the place offers both flexibility to go to town and a quiet atmosphere.
Gelati and Motsameta Monastries are nearby and a lot of nature.
