Our family-run hotel is personally managed, and we warmly welcome every guest. We create a warm, comfortable and home-like atmosphere, where guests can relax, feel at home and enjoy their stay with care and attention.

Property info

Family Hotel Triston is a small, family-run B&B with private bathrooms in each room for comfort and ease. Every morning we serve a fresh homemade breakfast, prepared with care and inspired by Georgian flavors. The property is just steps from Isani Metro and nearby bus stops, with the Old Town only about 8 minutes away or a 20-minute walk.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is quiet, safe and residential, allowing guests to experience everyday Tbilisi life. A nearby main avenue offers restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, as well as bus stops and metro stations. If you follow the avenue on foot, you will reach one of the first sightseeing spots — King Pharnavaz Square — in about 15 minutes, where you can enjoy beautiful views. Our home is best suited for guests who appreciate a quiet, respectful atmosphere and a comfortable, relaxed stay.
