Welcome to this beautiful 2-level Move-in ready two & three bedroom town homes in the city of Kerr Serring, The Gambia. It is one of the few and largest townhomes in the country showcasing spacious interiors in the amenity rich community of the kololi Area. Inspire your inner chef in the open kitchen appionted with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a four burner cooktop. The kitchen and dining room combination is ideal for entertaining and everyday living. Retreat in the primary bedroom highlighting a memory foam mattress, flat screen TV and a private shower. An additional bedroom with its own prrivate bathroom conclude the upper level. Spend Quality time at the two balconies, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor.
We are located in Kerr Sering, The Gambia just about 50 meters to the OIC conference center. The location is less that 10 minutes walk to the beach and extremely easy access to public transportation.
