The property is located in a quiet and newly built family area, next to the park and to a large supermarket with an Electric Car - EV charging station. Easy parking. Heating also for the winter months, as the property uses modern heating radiator system. Bright and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment with a large living room and balconies.
