Each unit has a fully functional kitchen. All bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds and a ceiling fan.
The outer walls are insulated, all windows have electric shutters and mosquito screens. There is a TV, 1 AC and a washing machine. Also makeup/hair dryer area for the lady. The makeup area is outside the bathroom allowing a quick preparation rotation for everyone. free Wi-Fi. Each bedroom has a good quality robe for the lady. The showers have glass enclosures. Hot water by solar panels. We don't use feather/down pillows, they cause allergies
WE PROVIDE 1 PICNIC BASKET, BEACH TOWELS and PAREOS/SARONGS WITH TROPICAL PRINTS, FOR YOUR USE.
We brought beautiful landscapes mainly of Kefalonia to the apartment with nice photo-art enlargements on canvas.
Please note: No smoking, pets, parties or events. Quiet hours 15:00-17:00 and 23:00 - 7:00. There is a smoking area outside

THE 4 APARTMENTS ARE LOCATED 1 BLOCK FROM THE SMALL MARINA, IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA IN LIXOURI. IDEAL FOR MULTIPLE FAMILIES WHO WANT TO BE TOGETHER YET SEPARATE AND WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO DOWNTOWN.

These 4 apartments are only a 4 minute walk along the waterfront street to the main Square of Lixouri, restaurants and to ferry-boats that take you to Argostoli in about 25 minutes. Also food markets are about 4 minutes away by foot. Kefalonia is known for its natural beauty and many stunning beaches, enjoy our island, protect our environment and make many happy memories.
