A cute and cheerful home in the town of Aegina, outside of the traffic and buzz but still only a 5 minute walk away from the port, down town market and 2 beaches! The space The house is part of a duplex at ground level, located up on a little hill and surrounded by pistachio trees, with views of the fields, the sea and a beautiful renovated windmill next door. It comprises of one double bedroom, one single bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Summer living For the hot Summer days and nights, there are air conditioning units in the double bedroom and in the kitchen, which cover the entire house and will make sure to keep you cool. :-) Winter holiday The island is very beautiful also during the winter and the house is well equipped to host your winter getaway. Heating panels will keep you warm when you want to relax in the house and load your batteries to explore the outdoors. I promise that you will find the quieter island living very refreshing! Getting around The taxi and bus stations are at walking distance from the house, so for further exploration of the island you will not necessarily need to have your own means of transportation.
