"Dream Houses" is placed in the village of Lourdata, which is in the southern part of Kefalonia, just 15 km from Argostoli, the capital of the island. The complex is just 900 meters from Lourdata beach, which is a beach with sunbeds and umbrellas where you can do water sports. We provide NEW and well furnished apartments. Initial and final cleaning are ALWAYS included in the price. For stays of at least 6 nights, an intermediate cleaning is also included at no additional cost.
We are three friends, PIETRO, GIANNI and VINCENZO, who apart from the same love for our profession (we are all lawyers), we also have another great love for GREECE. In 2015 we were all 3 on holiday in Kefalonia and we had the idea of "Dream Houses". We rented a tourist accommodation with our families in Lourdata, a beautiful location located in the southern part of the island, in front of the sea. One day in Lourdata, we noticed on a plot a sign "FOR SALE" From that moment our common dream begins to take shape. During the travel back to ITALY, our decision matured and we bought the plot. Today WE ARE HERE to welcome our guests.
On the beach there are many restaurants, taverns, bars, mini markets and everything you need to have during your holiday.
