Our Country Houses were created in an effort to bring visitors close to nature, inspired by the small cottages which were built near the village peasants in their fields.Here, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in a beautiful countryside environment and at the same time be very close to the city of Nafplio. It is a place ideal for children, as we have a little farm with chickens and turkeys which they can feed and play. Also, ideal for pets which can run around the private garden of each house.Depending on the season, our guests can enjoy fruits and vegetables from our garden and eggs from our chickens.Each house has a fully equipped kitchen where all necessary is available for free (salt, pepper, coffee, sugar). Our houses can be used as basis in order to visit all important archaeological monuments of our area and at the meantime we can provide you with some extra tips for super unique experiences which will make your stay unforgettable.Cleanliness and comfort in sleeping are our top priorities so we make sure to take care of that during your whole stay.

Welcome to our home, Agrotospita Country Houses! My name is Danai and I am native Greek. I grew up in the beautiful city of Nafplio and I have lived for many years in Athens. I love traveling, I have lived in many countries abroad like Spain and Indonesia and meeting new people from several countries and cultures is something that fascinates me. Our first thought when we created these houses, was to create a small paradise where people would feel like home with all privacy and relaxation they need but at the meantime help them enjoy their stay and make it as unique as possible, with wonderful suggestions of activities in our area. That way, home wouldn't be only a place to stay, but also a feeling, a memory, an experience to be remembered. Besides, it is not only about the place, it is also about the people and we love to make you happy and your holidays unique!

What is great about Agrotospita is that the are located in the countryside of Nafplio in a very quiet and ideal for families estate of independent cottages and at the same time, they are just 5km away from the historic city of Nafplio. The houses are located near the village of Nea Tiryntha (1km away), where you can find groceries store, bakery and small super market. Nafplio is also close if you need bigger stores, supermarkets, pharmacies and cafes so you will be very comfortable during your stay. During your stay, you can visit the historic center of Nafplio, visit Palamidi and Bourtzi and have a stop at a traditional cafe in the center. You can try coffee or taste a crepe at Sokaki cafe and you can have great Greek food at Allaloum restaurant, meze at Noulis restaurant or tasty fish at Bounos. Epidaurus and Mycenae are two historical places which are very close to the houses and should definitely be in the list of sightseeing. During summer, Nafplio is a perfect holiday escape as there are plenty of beaches near the city, which you can mainly visit by car, like Kondyli and Tolo. You can also choose to follow one of the daily cruises from Tolo to the islands of Hydra & Spetses.
