Surrounded by pine and olive trees, a five-minute walk from St. Nicholas Beach, Alegria Villas Complex consists of self-catering houses overlooking the Ionian Sea. The elegant villas and duplex maisonettes feature a fireplace and free Wi-Fi. All fully air-conditioned houses have romantic-style details such as lace curtains, antique furnishings and a spa bath. Each villa and duplex maisonette has a garden area, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave and a dining area. Guests can watch satellite TV or DVDs in the spacious living room. “Alegria Villas” Complex is ready to welcome you and keep you safe!! All, private Villas and independent duplex attached Houses, are made of local stone and local bricks. They are safely cleaned according to the Greek law, in order to welcome you snd keep you safe! They, feature fireplaces, SPA-Baths, Private Patios and/or spacius Balconies with sea view, and are decorated with traditional furnishings creating a very warm and luxurious atmosphere. Next to the beach (3min walk), with swimming pools in the gardens! There is also an eco playground with a spacious tree house. The Complex is situated in the National Marine Park (Carretta Carretta turtles!) There are 3-4 different exquisite beaches 3 min walking from the complex There are s. Markets, kiosks, restaurants-taverns, beach bars and restaurants within walking distance! Of course, Alegria Villas Management has taken all appropriate measures for the protection of you, family, and friends! Before each new arrival, we take special care to disinfect the surfaces that visitors often touch and all appropriate measures for your safety! In the beautiful , serene and natural environment, with olive trees, Cypress trees, banana and pine trees and mokamvilias, a mere 200metres from the sea, we have created the four new independent villas to compliment the existing Alegria Villas Complex. They are luxurious with private swimming pools and are of extremely superior standards. They have been built of stone and designed in traditional Zakynthian architecture, but with hi-tech amenities. They have their own parking and private gardens measuring approximately 800 meters which have barbecues and ecological playgrounds for children. They can accommodate 6-10 persons and have 2-3 bedrooms (1 with jacuzzi) , living area with fireplace and satellite television, 2 bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, and all other necessary electrical equipment. There is airconditioning, fans, WiFi, and Parking! Around the complex you can find everything! Super msrket, Restaurants, Tavernas, beach bars and restaurants, kiosks and night bars. You can also find, Water parks, Museums, the Shipwreck, historical Monasteries and many other wonderful sights with in a distance of 35km maximum.
