Welcome to Alkis Dream Villa! A special place, with amazing views to the sea and the mountain. A place to relax and enjoy great moments with friends and family. Our villa is elegant and peaceful, we made it with attention to details and we aimed on relaxing and enjoying time with people we love. Our villa has three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a toilet, a living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals. There is a designated barbecue area that you are welcome to use. We can comfortably host up to 6 people. The sun-beds in the garden and the jacuzzi will help you enjoy your vacation in Kos island.

It is a peaceful countryside property with stunning sea and mountain views that features its own private jacuzzi, ideal for unwinding in privacy surrounded by nature! The villa is nestled in a quiet area of Kos island, with supermarkets and shops only about a 5‑minute drive away, so you can easily pick up groceries and essentials without long transfers. The Asklepeion of Kos - the island's most iconic ancient site - is only 2km away through a scenic route (5' drive). The vibrant Kos Town centre (with plenty of cafés, shops, restaurants and the main harbor) is also a 15 ’ drive depending on traffic. For beach lovers, the popular Tigaki beach, known for its long stretch of warm, shallow sandy shore ideal for swimming, is also around 10 ' by car from the villa (about 7 km), making it a great seafront destination. The villa’s countryside location gives you calm and comfort while keeping the island’s highlights within convenient reach.
