Amaranti House n' Art is a traditional stone house of 70m2 built in the 1930s. Its restoration was completed in 2019. It is located in the center of the traditional settlement of Mandraki, in Potamos, below the Monastery of Panagia Spiliani. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen fully equipped with appliances and utensils. There is a living room, a dining room and a staircase that leads to the terrace with an unobstructed view of the monastery of Panagia Spiliani and a partial view of the sea. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating with an energy wood stove in the living room, washing machine and ironing board, smart-TV, Hi-Fi, Free Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer and steam iron. In the master bedroom the mattress is entirely made of latex. Leticia Kouvatsou took charge of the space, giving Amaranti House n' Art an ecological and artistic character. The spaces and linens are cleaned with ecological products. The cosmetics offered are herbal with organic extracts. A sweet traditional welcome is offered to every new visitor. The works of painter Despina Kouvatsou that decorate Amaranti House n' Art are available for sale.

Originally from Kos and Nisyros, I live in Athens, and spend my summers as a child in Nisyros. Graduating from the Gymnasium Academy, fatal to my father's renovation, I discovered within me the gene of my family, the building constructions. So instead of a fitness teacher, I found myself doing my hobby. Amaranti House n 'Art is my first project in Nisyros for rent. The restoration of Mrs. Amarantis' old stone was entirely done by me, at all stages of its construction. I find great interest in the restorations and materials I use to combine tradition with modern technical methods. I find it a great challenge to be able to fit in all the comforts of the modern age in a small holiday resort and create a home that is easy to use, functional and tasteful. Amaranti Houset is in the center of the traditional Mandraki settlement, a short quiet way behind the Potamitissa church under the imposing Monastery of Panagia Spiliani. Restaurants, cafes and mini markets as well as the famous volcanic black pebbles beach "Hochlakoi" are within easy reach of the property. Access to the property is by foot, motorbike, bicycle or tricycle.
