The property is located in the seaside village of Karavomylos in the first floor of the residence. Modern construction traditional style with roof and comfortable spaces. It consists of three spacious bedrooms, living room, a fully equipped kitchen with electric hobs, oven and refrigerator, a spacious bathroom and a small bathroom with shower. The living room has a large balcony with sea view (gulf of Sami) and the island of Ithaca (northeast). One bedroom has a balcony with views of the sea and the island of Ithaca also. The two other bedrooms have access to a balcony with mountain view (southwest). The space available for free wireless internet, flat-screen TV and free parking. The property has its own entrance with stairs for access on the first floor. The sea and the attraction of the Lake Melissani (Melissani cave) is 5 minutes walk away. Karavomylos Lake with natural environment and a restaurant is 15 minutes walk away. At a distance of 2 kilometres is the market and the port in the town of Sami. The famous Myrtos beach is 13 km and Antisamos beach is 5 km away. Monastery of San Gerasimos is 15 km away. Kefalonia Airport is 19 km and port of Poros is 17 km from the property.
