Spoil yourselves . This elevated private villa with its two story high ceiling , spacious open plan living area enjoys panoramic view . The open floor plan ensures no one feels left out of the activities and conversations while enjoying the holidays together . Those who need to relax or recharge can enjoy the endless panoramic sea view by day from the pool or the romantic evening lights f while unwinding after a busy day of exploring . Cozy up and watch the moon rise above and you will no doubt fall in love with your surroundings .Mornings are just as special with coffee while sitting on the garden sofa ,admiring the view . I would love for my guests to feel its warmth and positive energy It is ideal for families , groups of friends even perfect for a romantic holiday with your significant other . It provides all the privacy needed yet its easy access to main road can make this villa your base to explore the island . The grounds are so very beautiful at night that the invitation to stay and enjoy is difficult to refuse . note NO SHOES on Parquet floors. NO SUN OIL for pool as it damages filter . Costs may occur . garbage on main road.

I am a Greek Canadian, who grew up in Winnipeg and Edmonton but now living in Rhodes since 1992 . Greek parents encouraged us to move back to the homeland and I will be honest , I don't miss the cold winters and heavy snow !!! Though I am a high school teacher , I traded my teacher's hat for tourism a few years ago. I A wonderful industry which gives me the opportunity to meet so many interesting people from all over the world. I enjoy travelling when time permits and know holidays need to be special. I will do my best so your holidays are enjoyable as well as memorable . I will be able to assist if rental car, sporting activities or private chef if needed. ( chef surcharge ) It is my pleasure to host guests and my wish for them is to have a memorable experience . I only ask, Please be respectful of the villa and the furnishings . Care and love has been put in the villa in order for guests to enjoy it as their own. Guests who are not respectful and considerate of the property and it's belongings , may be asked to leave without refund . No parties . Air condition off please when guests leave for the day . It is our part for the environment. No toilet paper in toilet , a cleaning lady will come by every 2nd day for it,. Kind note , our sun is very hot however sun oils damage the pool filters. Please refrain from the use of oil . And shoes are kindly asked to be removed for the parquet floors.

This holiday villa , even though private , is situated just a 2 minute drive from the nearest beach .Everything is ideally close, even the bus stop is within walking distance . . The spiral wooden stairs lead to the 3 bedrooms upstairs with the master bedroom having an en suite. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The mezzanine caters to those who wish to work as it has a desk overlooking the pool and sea.The tv room on main floor can convert into a 4 th bedroom . There is also a bathroom and shower on the main floor. It is within minutes of the shops , supermarkets , restaurants and pharmacy .It's just a 15 minute drive to the OLD TOWN , Palace and 30 minutes to Lindos . The Water Park and water sports are within a 5 minute drive for those who enjoy adventure. The famous Anthony Quinn Bay , a lovely bay for snorkeling or swimming is a short drive away .
