Hostandros was "born" in 2023 from a group of people who have been active in the tourism and hospitality sector for the past 15 years in Andros. With respect and deep knowledge of the place and its people, we offer everyone dreaming of an authentic vacation experience in the Cyclades accommodations catering to all visitors, including families, couples, and groups. Our goal is to provide a variety of selected accommodation proposals and to exceed the expectations of each of our visitors and guests individually. Our vision is to attract visitors who will love our island and return to enjoy its unique beauties and contribute to the tourist development of Andros with respect for the environment and its culture.

Alia's Sea View Villa and Studios is located in a stunning part of Andros, combining a quiet and peaceful surrounding, breathtaking sea views, and convenient access to numerous beaches and the cosmopolitan village of Batsi. The complex consists of a charming two-bedroom villa and four independent studios, all beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The main villa offers a comfortable living space of 130 square meters. It features a master bedroom furnished with a king-size double bed, while the separate lounge area serves as a versatile second bedroom with two single built-in beds. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi and a spacious living room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and expansive windows overlooking the Aegean Sea. The sizable terrace offers guests the opportunity to enjoy an uninterrupted sea view and a stunning sunset, thanks to the villa's westward orientation. The four studios are all independent with an ensuite bathroom and a large terrace that provides an uninterrupted sea view. The room amenities include free wifi, a fridge, hair dryer and a ceiling fan. In addition to the room amenities, guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen. The kitchen offers a range of appliances, such as a large fridge, an oven, a stove, an espresso machine, a filter coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. To further enhance your dining experience, we provide both indoor and outdoor dining areas.

In just a short 5-minute drive, you have the option to visit either the pristine beaches of Agia Eleousa or Paleopoli. For a slightly longer drive of 15 to 20 minutes, you can explore the vibrant and well-organized beaches of Apothikes, Chalkolimionas, the main beach of Batsi, Kypri beach, Chrissi Ammos, and Agios Petros. Additionally, the bustling village of Batsi, with its wide selection of restaurants, bars, and cafes, is conveniently located just 15 minutes away by car. Ideal for nature enthusiasts the house is situated on the junction of the charming hiking routes 9 and 11a.
