In the quiet, serene area of Agios Kirikos, a newly built villa opens its doors to its guests for the first time: Villa Antonia, a spacious, luxury holiday home featuring a private swimming pool with a Jacuzzi function, as well as numerous amenities to guarantee the best vacation experience on the jewel of the Mediterranean – Zakynthos Island. INDOOR SPACES Antonia is a large, impressive two-level villa with four bedrooms, that can comfortably accommodate 8+1 guests – a fact that makes it ideal for families and large groups of friends! Entering the villa from its entrance on the ground floor, the guests will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a large 3.30 x 2.40 sofa – which can accommodate an additional guest, raising the accommodation capacity to 9 persons. Moreover, a tenth guest can be accommodated with the addition of a foldable bed (upon request). The ground floor has direct access to the swimming pool. The first floor features three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and one with a king-size bed! There is also a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, as well as a mini fridge and coffee equipment. OUTDOOR SPACES The outdoors features an outdoor bathroom, a built BBQ with a refrigerator and a sink, as well as a shaded area to enjoy your meals! Since the outdoor area is really large, Antonia Villa is a perfect location for the hosting of special moments, such as marriages and celebrations! Additionally, the villa is accessible to persons with mobility limitations, since there is a ramp, a ground-floor bedroom and a bathroom where there is ample room for a wheelchair. PRIVATE POOL The outdoor area is simply amazing – there is a spectacular swimming pool that measures a whopping 72 sq.m., features a Jacuzzi function, and is surrounded by 6 sunbeds and two canopy beds.The pool is not heated and depending on the weather conditions may not be usable.
