Property info

N.J.V. plus K is a sunny complex of six independent residences. It is located in the heart of Marathonas, less than 100 m from the sea. The whole complex is designed to offer all the modern comforts combined with the traditional and Mediterranean style. The houses are built in an area of 1500 square meters with many trees, fruit and many flowers. Garden with swimming pool, lawn, stone walkways, barbecue and sitting areas can offer from beautiful mornings to idyllic evenings.

Neighborhood info

Aegina is one of the Saronic Islands of Greece in the Saronic Gulf, 27 kilometres (17 miles) from Athens. Marathonas is the name of a settlement about 5 kilometres from Aegina Town. It is found by following the coast road south and is easy to get to by bicycle or bus if you do not have a car. The area is a popular choice for holiday homes being close to one of the best beaches on Aegina and enjoying very good views across to the island of Moni and the Peloponnese. Marathonas is a good choice for a holiday base if you look forward to spending alot of time on the beach.
