Neighborhood info

Our complex consists of 11 apartments, three of which are available for short-term rentals. The remaining apartments are occupied by permanent residents of the island, who are our friends and are known for their kindness and willingness to assist. This creates a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, making your stay even more enjoyable. It is our policy to maintain a balance within the complex and support the local community by not converting all the apartments into short-term rentals. By doing so, we help address the housing needs of the island's permanent residents, ensuring they have access to quality homes.
