In a quiet location, away from the city noise, you will find peace, relaxation and tranquility, within a short distance of 3km from the sea and the city of Sitia. A traditional, from the war era, stone-built detached house fully renovated, keeping the character of the building intact. two separate bedrooms, open space - living room with the possibility of an additional bed, kitchen and large bathroom. With air conditioning for cooling and a fireplace with air ducts for heating. With a courtyard for your morning coffee and for relaxing wine, on beautiful evenings.

Very quiet neighborhood. Within a 2-minute walk there is the village square where you will find a cafeteria and two taverns. In the back alley you will see the house of Vincentzos Kornaros, a great Cretan poet of the late Venetian period, author of the narrative poem '' Erotokritos'' and a main representative of Cretan literature.
