A balcony above the sea - the summer of your dreams starts in Aris Apartment. Two bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom, a balcony with the ideal sea view - the perfect summer apartment for a family or a group of friends! Fully equiped kitchen for the preparation of meals or your morning coffee, right in front of the beach-side walk! As stated in our house rules, there is an additional nightly fee for pets. This fee covers the cost of the extra specialized cleaning required after check-out to remove pet hair and potential allergens, helping us provide a clean and comfortable environment for future guests, including those with allergies.

A quiet yet having-it-all-around neighbourhood - located right in front of the beach, where you will find some of the most famous paralia Ofryniou taverns/ restaurants, for local dishes, seafood and meat plates! In just a 2-minute walk close to the apartment, you will find our office - next to you for whatever you will need, to make your holidays a lovely memory to keep, until your next visit.
