The air-conditioned House has two bedrooms, living room with fireplace, tv and DVD. Two large sunny terraces with dining tables and lounge chairs. It has a garden with BBQ and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and there is a washing machine and dryer. It has two private bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower with hot water. All rooms have a sea view and free WiFi in all areas. There is also an alarm system.
The area is very residential and very quiet, the house is located on the beach front, where there is pedestrian-bicycle. There are mini-market and bakery within 300 meters, as well as restaurants and cafes from 500 meters upwards. At 600 meters there are the "Nissakia Surf Club ''awarded by the travel channel as Best Beach Awards 2015 and organized beaches. The bus stop to Athens is 1 km away and the center of Artemis and the port of Rafina to 4 km.The port of Rafina is 4 km away, where you can travel by boat to the islands of the Cyclades.The nearest airport is Elefthérios Venizélos Airport, 10 km from the property.
