Quiet safe spacious olive bay retreat with a fantastic panoramic sea view of the Aegean Sea, 4.1 km outside of Ierissos, Halkidiki, at the gateway of Holly Mount Athos, a UNESCO world heritage monument, and 20km away from the birth place of Aristotle. Newly built three floor semi-detached villa with two separate entrances, 135 meters from a secluded beach. Our family property can be rented as a whole (internal stairway) or separately, as a ground floor apartment, and a maisonette. It is ideal for couples that prefer their quietness and privacy, families with children, and large group of friends, it can sleep 2-16 people. The estate is 78km from SKG, Macedonia Airport, Thessaloniki, and 85km from Kavala airport. Specific location and directions provided upon confirmation of reservation.
