The penthouse is located in the heart of the town and features a spacious terrace overlooking Kos Harbour. 20m from the Old Town of Kos, the Archaeological Museum of Kos, Eleftherias Square, the Municipal Market of Kos and just a 2 minute walk from the main port, the Hippocrates Tree and the Castle of the Knights. Next to restaurants, tavernas, bars, cafes, shops, mini market and pharmacy. The penthouse has one closed room, which is not available to guests.

The neighborhood is central, there are other apartment buildings around and a small park. It is located at a distance of 20m from the Old Town of Kos, the Archaeological Museum of Kos, Eleftherias Square, the Municipal Market of Kos. Just a 2' walk from the main port, the Plane Tree of Hippocrates' and the Castle of the Knights. Next to restaurants, tavernas, bars, cafes, shops, mini market and pharmacies. Guests can get around on foot or by bike, motorbike or car. Τhe penthouse is located in the heart of the Kos town. There is no private parking.
