Hosted by Tatiany. One of 3 sisters, and AVRA being one of 3 homes making up the PETRES valley run by ALNETA Properties. Each of the 3 houses/villas was created with love for the 3 girls, their family and friends. We appreciate well designed spaces, small details and items from wherever we go. Every object in the house has a story and we hope that guests appreciate them as much as we do. We want to extend the feelings and moments in our homes to like minded people.

AVRA is a unique villa a distinctive AURA or quality that seems to surround the space, giving it its name AVRA. Nestled within olive & sycamore trees, the villa invites you to appreciate the slower, simpler way of living within understated luxury. The minimalistic architecture of AVRA has primarily built in furniture with lots of attention to detail. Guests can expect untouched stargazing with glowing clear milky ways. Adventuring on foot down the valley accompanied by sheep until the private beach below just 15 minutes away. Sunset evening dinners at the stone bbq watching the colours of the windows change from the reflection of the sky. Refreshing dips in the saltwater pool overlooking the Aegean Sea. Picking fresh lemons & herbs to sprinkle in evening cocktails. Guests should expect real moments of peace. AVRA is part of the PETRES ensemble hosting two other villas nearby - PETRA & RIZA which can all be rented out together for a larger group or big family.

AVRA is hidden in a green valley in Aprovato, Andros with just a few other villas near by. With its unique placement guests can really feel one with nature - yet only 15 minute drive from local town Batsi with restaurants, bars, and an outdoor cinema.
