A newly built stone villa with a private swimming pool, well kept grounds where you can spend relaxing moments all to yourself and an inviting interior that will offer many happy memories.Avra Villa is well-named. Experience the Aura (Avra in Greek) of staying here in Zakynthos Island Greece, minutes from the traditional resort village of Keri Lake and 5 minutes from the beach. Exclusive style, traditional Zakynthian architecture and enviable service may make it challenging for you to leave your comfortable and idyllic surroundings to discover all the island of Zakynthos has to offer. Located at the top of a hill, the villa is built sparing no luxury. On the outside, the private pool is surrounded by a lush garden looking out to a magnificent view . Please note that there is an optional heating pool fee upon request.
Tasos and Melpo are the host of the villa. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They have kept the villa and the pool immaculately clean. The attention to detail the thoughtfulness and the kindness that really makes this place exceptional.
The beautiful Avra Villa is located in the village of Keri Lake, on the southwest coast of Zakynthos Island. Quiet and green, with a lovely beach and crystal clear water, this area promises a relaxing vacation. There are traditional tavernas that serve local delicacies as well as fresh fish caught by the fishermen daily. The small port, the mountains in the background and the island of Marathonisi, also known as Turtle Island, where the endangered Caretta Caretta turtle chooses to lay its eggs create a natural environment full of beauty and calmness. There are many activities available such as renting a boat to visit the island and the famous Keri Caves, visiting the Lighthouse in order to take in the exceptional sunset, scuba diving and taking long walks or hikes in the nearby mountain. If you are looking for more vivid entertainment, just visit the neighboring Laganas and enjoy drinks and dancing in some of the many nightclubs and bars located on the main road.
