Are you looking for a unique stay by the beach but still only 5 min. drive from Kavala’s centre? Enjoy the sea and amazing sunset view, as well your privacy in a house who has been renovated in April 2019. Situated on the last floor of a building, is a 45 sq. meters suite, with a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a veranda with amazing sea view. Beach is only 50 meters away. Parking is available. Town centre is within 20 min walk.
It is the closest to the center of Kavala neighborhood with sandy beach, seaside bars and restaurants. In 100m distance you can find sport center with basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts and children's playground for our little friends. Within 20m is super market ''Masoutis'', for your supplies. The neighborhood is very secure!
