Beachfront Eva's House is set in Karianí. The accommodation is 60 km from Kavala. Drama is 48 km from the holiday home, while Ouranoupoli is 45 km away. The nearest airport is "Kavala International ""Megas Alexandros""" Airport, 57 km from the property. The first floor of the house is for rent. It has two bedrooms with double beds and enough space for an extra bed or a cradle. In the living room there is a large sofa that can be used as a single bed. The maximum number of guests is 8 adults and 2 infants. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is hot water all-day long. Linen and towels are provided and there is a washing machine on the ground floor free to use upon request. There is a large yard at guests' disposal with a barbecue, children's swings, a slide and parking spaces. At the back of the house there is an outdoor enclosed shower, which can be used as a second bathroom. The house is located in a villa zone. The beach is only 50 meters away and it's mainly with sand.

The nearest town is called Ofrynio, 8 km away, where you can find lots of bars, clubs, restaurants and super-markets. You can also visit a place called Ammolofoi (Sandhills) which is about 25 km away and it has more than 10 beach-bars in a row and an amazing beach and sea. The house is close to archaeological sites and a prehistoric cave.
