The villa features five bedrooms with double beds, three on the ground floor and two on the first floor, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. There are five bathrooms in total, including three ensuite bathrooms connected to the 1st, 2nd, and 5th bedrooms. The first bedroom’s ensuite includes a bathtub, while the others are equipped with showers. Two additional bathrooms with showers are available, one on each floor. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen and two inviting living rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, with a game console available for entertainment. The outdoor area has a 4100 sq. m. lawn garden with trees, multicolor buganvilias around the fence, jasmine and many local herbs and flowers. Guests can enjoy a large private pool surrounded by sunbeds, a pergola, and two parasols, along with a dining area and comfortable outdoor furniture. A ping pong table and a charcoal BBQ are also provided for leisure and gatherings. For security reasons, a CCTV camera is installed at the entrance.
