Welcome to your peaceful island escape on Kea. Our three-level vacation home is located just above the charming town of Ioulis and is part of a thoughtfully designed housing complex that feels like a small Cycladic village. With beautiful sea and mountain views, natural light, and a calm atmosphere, the home is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing and authentic stay.
The property is fully accessible by road, and offers a private parking space, located just above the complex entrance. It is a 2-minute walk to a mini market and one of Kea’s most popular bakeries, and just 5-minute drive to a traditional local taverna. You can also enjoy a pleasant walk down a cobblestone pathway to the heart of Ioulis for a relaxed stroll.
