A 2-floor Villa with a spacious living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and several outdoor areas including a gazebo with panoramic mountain and sea views , a veranda with BBQ and ping pong, a garden with many fruit trees, and a grassy lawn with loungers. This home is perfect for families or groups seeking relaxation and fun. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while being just a short walk away from the beach and local attractions
Only 5 minutes away on foot(350-400 m) from the Zakynthos Central square, Plaz eot ,krioneri beach and Lofos Strani. Also 1km away from the Venetian castle, Bochali viewpoint , and Ag. Dionisios church. You can find everything you need like super markets,bakery and restaurants at 400 m. The Port is located at a 2km distance and the airport at 6km away.
