Family-run Bouradanis Art Hotel is just 1969 feet from Marmari’s sandy beach in Kos. Features include a main pool, children’s pool and a pool bar which serves snacks. Property info

Bouradanis Village Hotel is a family run business, situated just 600 meters or few minutes walk away from Marmari’s golden sandy beach which is awarded again with the “Blue Flag” by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE). The hotel is also close to the ecosystem “Alykes” or as well know “Salt Lake” (protected by ecological network Natura 2000) which is a “must” to see area. It consists of three buildings which are built in Aegean architecture with a bit of modern essence. Our guests will stay in cozy studios and apartments, all built according and under the strict construction laws of the European Union (EU). A great place especially for those who appreciate a cozy atmosphere and good value for money. Located right in the middle of the island surrounded by palm and banana trees , it’s the perfect place to relax by the pool or have a drink at the bar and make your plans for your holidays. Great features, lots of amenities and “wheel” rentals are waiting for your most unforgettable summer holidays. Renovated in 2026.
