You are right in the most lively part of Malia and close to many nice shops and cozy restaurants. The sea and sandy beach is an 8-10 minute walk away. We are proud that this house is part of an award-winning renovation project, recognized with the BIG SEE Architecture Award 2026. Our boutique stone house is situated in the heart of old Malia village, in a beautiful area, rich in traditional architecture. Our boutique house has been renovated in 2023 with great care. We do not give a discount, it is worth its price!

Our guesthouse is situated in the heart of old Malia village, in a beautiful area, rich in traditional architecture. Luxurious stone-built house, consisting of a private courtyard. It is located in one of the most scenic and unspoilt areas of the old part of the picturesque village of Malia. The stone floors and walls, the ceilings and the staircases have been restored using local stones and wood, retaining the character and charm of the original buildings whilst incorporating the comforts any guest would expect. Our luxurious house offers comfort with style. It has been elegantly and stylishly decorated, and designed to provide all of the modern amenities and conveniences needed for an enjoyable stay. Our house is ideal for couples or families who enjoy peace and privacy and who want to explore the traditions of Crete.
