I sailed from Holland to Barcelona. I met Ntia in the Spanish class. We sailed together to Greece and after a while we started building our dream hotel on Zakynthos. This on the soil where Ntia her father once has been a farmer. Ntia is professor on the university of Zakynthos. I maintain the hotel, We Live with our two labradors in the building. You will hardly see us or our dogs only when you want. We are always there to help you and serve breakfast in the morning but you will have your complete privacy during your whole stay.

Our boutique hotel is set in unspoiled nature with olive groves all around. You’ll love our hotel because of the comfortable beds, the luxury we provide, the garden full with colourful flowers, our vineyard, the stunning views over the island of Zakynthos and the deep blue Ionian Sea as well in the night the Milky way next to a bright sky with stars and in the morning your served breakfast on your private terrace (only July and August) Relaxing, to hear real silence, away from all the hectic that is what you will find with us. Swimming in the infinity pool with overwhelming flowers around you is something you have to experience. Each suite has it's own private terrace around the swimming pool with teak deckchairs which will be yours during your whole stay. From all the relaxing you can get hungry. Every of our 5 suites has a kitchenette and we have on only 5 minutes drive 14 restaurants and many beaches to discover. Our boutique hotel is perfect for couples we work adult only. All our electricity comes from our 50 sq. meter solar panel system which provides 120% of our yearly electricity consumption. All the electricity you use during your stay with us will come from the sun. We are an environmental friendly Boutique hotel. It seems that unfortunately some of our English guests are not happy with what we offer and we are not happy with them. It seems that we are not the right place to spend their vacation. This is in contrary with our German guests who we highly appreciate. They like our service and Eco friendly approach and they are our best guests. Ntia&Rene

Neighborhood info

Our Hotel is situated in unspoiled North part of Zakynthos. Around us are olive groves and the closest other house is 1 km away. The silence of nature and the great view of the bleu Ionian Sea from an altitude of 340 meter makes our place perfect. Within 10 minutes drive you find many taverna's lively harbour of St. Nicolas and many beaches.
