The house is brand new with a stunning Seaview! A Relaxing place looking at the ocean and the nearby islands! You can enjoy the magnificent sea view from the wonderful garden and the 2 cozy terraces. The house is fully furnished with modern facilities, air conditioning, free wifi and a parking area. The house has 3 floors. The 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with a/c and a small kitchen and a fridge, and 1 bathroom. The Seaview from this floor's bedroom and terrace is breathtaking! The 1st floor has a living room with a/c, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 w.c. Also has a remarkable terrace to relax and look at the astonishing view of nature! The ground floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have a/c. The garden is an additional area to relax and view the magnificent colours of the ocean! The villa offers total access to all rooms and facilities. The house is suitable for families of any size, couples, friends and can accommodate 6 people. The guests are requested to turn off the A/C when they are not in the house, and when the A/C are in use always with close windows and doors.
My name is Chris, and i live in Aegina and Athens. I have studied in the UK Business Administration (Bachelor) and Management (Master degree). I like action sports, music, nice food and travelling. I look forward to create an unforgettable experience and an enjoyable stay for you! I will be at the port to welcome you and guide you home, as well as provide all necessary information and details concerning the house. I will also share my local knowledge and offer my insights and tips for a perfect vacation!
The house is situated 4km from the port and the town of Aegina, in a very quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from the nearest beach. In a few minutes walk there are taverns, restaurants, super market and organised beach! The house has a free parking area for the guests within the premises of the plot and also the option to park outside the house. The nearest bus station is at 700m, also guests can call a Taxi for their transport anywhere. There are car, motorcycle and bicycle rental companies available and open all day.
