The villa features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, along with three bedrooms: - One en-suite bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed - A second ground-floor bedroom with a double bed, served by a separate shared bathroom - A loft-style bedroom upstairs, with flexible bedding (double or twin), a WC, and a freestanding bathtub. In addition, there is a bright and independent lower-level studio (40 sq.m.), accessible both internally and via its own private entrance. It includes a bedroom area, a well-equipped kitchen for light meal preparation, and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Outdoors, the villa offers a large shaded veranda and a private 9 x 4 m swimming pool area with a built-in lounge, sunbeds, a pouf, and an outdoor shower.
