An elite two-story apartment of 150 sq.m is located in a private villa and occupies the top two floors of the house. The apartment has private parking in the garage and a separate entrance. The apartment also has a large green courtyard with a lawn for your kids to play. The apartment has two large verandas at the front of the house overlooking the sea and mountain landscape. The apartment consists of a huge living room, kitchen and toilet with washbasin on the ground floor and three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a second toilet with bidet and washbasin. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, in the living room and in each bedroom. Also for the convenience of our guests we have: - good WI-FI, TV , mosquito nets on the balcony doors, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Also a fully equipped kitchen, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, French coffee maker and NESPRESSO coffee maker, multi mixer, dishes and kitchen utensils. For a comfortable sleep for our guests, there is one large double bed in two bedrooms and two single beds in the third bedroom.

The apartment is located in an elite village of private villas on the coast of the Athens Riviera 6 km. from the resort town of Anavyssos - Palia Fokea, 15 minutes drive from the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion, 40 minutes drive from Athens airport and 60 minutes from the center of Athens and the Acropolis. The settlement is located on the very seashore and has a beautiful beach. Our beach with a traditional Greek church on the shore will give you privacy and a relaxing holiday, there is no beach bar, noise or music on the beach. The beach is crystal clear and shallow, ideal for families with children. If you prefer an organized beach with beach bars, sun loungers and umbrellas, there are many nearby.Characas Beach with two beach bars is just 1.5 km away. from the apartment, the luxury beach bar of the GRECOTEL hotel overlooking the Temple of Poseidon is 4 km.,  Anavyssos beach with its many beach bars is within 5 km. from the house. All of the above beaches are sandy and shallow, ideal for families with children. For an evening walk and shopping, we recommend the neighboring resort of Anavyssos and Palya Foke, located 6 km from the apartment. In Anavyssos you will find large supermarkets,  butchers, bakeries and greengrocers, pharmacies and a village market on Wednesdays. And for an evening stroll there are many traditional taverns with seafood and meat, cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars, etc.
