The villa is located in a gated complex. The complex has been in operation since 2021. Mainly visitors are families with children and owners. Everyone is very friendly and kind. The common areas are a barbecue, a children's playground and two swimming pools, and there are sunbeds and umbrellas that can be used free of charge. From the patio of the villa there is a direct view of the pools. There is a TV in the master bedroom as well as in the living room.

Olea Valley Villa T2 is located in the town of Nikiti is in Northern Greece, located on the Sithonia peninsula., approximately 60mins (100km) by car from Thessaloniki Macedonia airport (SKG).
