An exquisite traditional villa in the heart of Lourdata with modern sympathetically restored interior. It consists of a ground floor with two spacious bedrooms; one that has a king-size bed and the other with a six-foot bed that can be converted to two singles on request. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining areas, a bathroom, and an additional WC. The lower level, with direct access to the garden via French windows, consists of a large bedroom with king-size bed, a seating area, a large bathroom, and a storage area incorporating a small library and board games for your entertainment. The tranquil garden has a seating area with shaded canopy, a lower level veranda perfect for enjoying the Kefalonian sunshine, and a bbq for alfresco dining. The villa also has private parking in an area enclosed by electronic gates.
Our aim is to offer you a luxury experience from welcoming you at the villa to providing all you will need for a relaxing, enjoyable, and unforgettable stay. Upon your arrival, you will find a generous welcome pack to meet your immediate needs before venturing out. To clarify, when you book, whether you are 2 people, or 6, the entire property is yours for the duration of your stay.
The villa is nestled centrally in the enchanting village of Lourdata and within walking distance to traditional tavernas and cafes, and the Blue Flag Lourdata Beach. A car is entirely optional as the villa has everything you could require, with a very well-equipped mini-market only thirty metres away. However, should you wish to explore farther afield, car and bike hire is available within the village. Kefalonia itself is known for its dramatic landscapes, crystal clear waters, and authentic island charm. Stunning beaches, traditional villages, breathtaking nature, and peaceful surroundings. Incredible food, wine, and hospitality that will make you want to come back again and again!
