Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια τοποθεσία με απεριόριστη και ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα καταγάλανα νερά του Αιγαίου.Αποτελείται απο 2 μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια με θέα στην θάλασσα,2 άνετα μπάνια όπου το ένα είναι ιδιωτικό.Η οικία μπορεί να φιλοξενίσει απο 2 εως 6 άτομα και όλα τα παιδιά είναι ευπρόσδεκτα .Το σαλόνι και η κουζίνα παρέχουν όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης και γενικότερα πρόσφέρεται (Δωρεάν wfi, κλιματισμός, δορυφορική τηλεόραση, ανεμιστήρες οροφής, πλυντήριο ρούχων και ελεύθερο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ).Η ηλιόλουστη βεράντα του σπιτίου περιβάλλεται από μια τραπεζαρία, 2 ξαπλώστρες και ένα μπάρμπεκιου δίνοντας στον επισκέπτη ένα σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις.
