Property was built in 2008, it consists of 6 large, Two Bedroom Apartments, 57-70sqm each, suitable for families and groups of friends between 2-5 or even 6 people. Private garden for ground floor apartments and large balconies for the upper floor flats. Free parking available on public street always as the property is located in a quiet street inside the village and not in the center of it. Homely environment providing all comforts of a modern household so that you can have all amenities and comforts you enjoy at your private home in your country. All bathrooms have walk in shower and have been completely renovated and modernized, hot water is always available through solar panels, some kitchens are also brand new and all are fully equipped. 2 airconditioners in each apartment and ceiling fans guarantee cool temperatures even in hot days.

Quiet leafy road inside the village of Kallithea, near the beach and all amenities. 90km from Thessaloniki Airport, 500m from the beach, inside the village of Kalithea village. In 10 minutes you can walk to the beach, in 5 min to the supermarket and also to the bars resaturants and cafes.
