I am Italian and live in Crete in my husband's house. We work in this village and enjoy the pace and lifestyle, which is still enviable and accessible to anyone who would like to experience it, even if only briefly. My home is available to guests wishing to spend their holidays in Stavrohori, which is located 7 km from the sea at Koutsouras and Makrighialos and at an altitude of 350 meters. Partly still inhabited, the village of 70 inhabitants offers a quiet yet lively lifestyle, especially in the summer. Its small square is always very busy, with a large, centuries-old plane tree and a café-restaurant, Stravodoxari. My house is located in the area below the school, suspended between the mountains and the sea. It is absolutely quiet, but not isolated, spacious, simple and traditional, but above all, immersed in nature. I can accommodate up to 4 people. I look forward to making your holiday an unforgettable experience.
