Property info

In perfect harmony with the environment, we created a unique hotel complex, where we offer you authentic, Maniot hospitality. In an olive-grove of 14.000sq.m., with herbs and citrus tress, we built 25 bungalows, with influences from the local architecture. Taking advantage of the hill’s natural gradient, and the South orientation, the amphitheatrical layout offers each bungalow natural light and autonomy, as well as views to the Lakonic Gulf and the Mani peninsula. At the main building you will find the reception, the TV room with satelite coverage, as well as our veranda with panoramic view to the Lakonic Gulf, where you can enjoy traditional Maniot breakfast. In our buffet you can choose from a selection of products from local producers, and seasonal fruits from our garden. In the evening, our bar offers a variety of fresh smoothies, cocktails and traditional sweet as well as salty Maniot pies.

Neighborhood info

The distance from Mavrovouni beach is 350m, with immediate access from our private road either by foot or by car. The beach is awarded with 2 Blue Flags, and along its 4km of length you will find organised spots, and more secluded ones. There is a windsurf club, and if you are lucky, you may see little caretta-caretta sea turtles finding their way to the sea. The village square, where you can find three traditional tavernas and a mini-market, is only 250m away from our North gate, whereas the town of Gythion is 2 kilometres away. Our location acts as the perfect springboard for excursions to the Mani peninsula, Monemvasia and Elafonisos, and to Mystras.
