A modern 1-bedroom apartment in paralia Ofryniou - great for couples or a small company/family, or even if you travel by yourself! Enjoy the shady balcony, cook a meal in the fully equiped kitchen and relax on your own double bed. A bathroom with shower is also available in the apartment. The minimal yet stylish decoration will make your holidays feel all comfortable and chic at the same time! As stated in our house rules, there is an additional nightly fee for pets. This fee covers the cost of the extra specialized cleaning required after check-out to remove pet hair and potential allergens, helping us provide a clean and comfortable environment for future guests, including those with allergies.

A quiet yet having-it-all-around neighbourhood - located 300m. from the beach, on the way there you will find some of the most famous paralia Ofryniou taverns/ restaurants, for local dishes, seafood and meat plates! In just a 5-minute walk close to the apartment, you will find our office - next to you for whatever you will need, to make your holidays a lovely memory to keep, until your next visit.
