CITY CENTER VILLA is a three-level maisonette, semi-basement, ground floor, first floor, communicating with an internal staircase. It is formed in two luxurious rooms (one upstairs and one in the basement), living room - kitchen -WC on the ground floor. There is air conditioning, satellite smart TV on all three levels and free internet. It has a bathroom on the upstairs that serves the upstairs room and a bathroom on the ground floor that serves the basement room. The ground floor has a sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette. CITY CENTER VILLA is in the absolute center of the city. In the area there are many shops, cafes, taverns, bars, shops and supermarkets. The area has a lot of life and nightlife with music and partying. Pedestrians can go anywhere without transportation. The port with tourist, passenger ships and ferryboat is at 200 meters. The traditional train of the municipality is parked in the central square and runs free regular services in the old town. Everything is next to you!
