Built on a private 4.000 m2 estate this truly wondrous villa is a must for those who like to have unsurpassed luxury during their holidays. The mansion offers an amazing private swimming pool with a hydromassage feature and the nearest beach is found at a distance of a 7-minute drive. It is arranged on 3 floors with a total surface of 800 m2 and boasts elegance and sophistication. As you enter the mansion you can appreciate the contemporary decor with primarily white and neutral tones with ethnic touches that project a welcoming atmosphere. It accommodates up to 10 guests.

On the third floor, guests can find three comfortable and stylish bedrooms, each with its unique character. The main bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, mirror dressing table, and its private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the third bedroom is featuring a double bed. All bedrooms open to their private furnished balconies. There is also a self-catering guest room with a double bed, a comfortable sofa-bed, a single bed, and its kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Going on the second floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy the TV area that features a wide range of entertainment options including a home cinema with a 50” smart TV with a large variety of satellite channels, game consoles, DVD player, and 3D glasses. All spaces on the ground floor open up to spacious furnished verandas. There is also a comfortable dining area, a spacious TV lounge, a utility room, and a WC. The living room on the second floor opens to a large furnished veranda overlooking the gardens.

The villa is conveniently located on the outskirts of Rhodes city, only a short drive from the center. Less than a 15-minute walk from the mansion visitors can find the archeological remains of the acropolis of Rhodes, where you can travel back in time and marvel at the relics of history. The Old town of Rhodes, a unique UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is also located at a 10-minute drive from the mansion and is well worth a visit. Plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within walking distance of the mansion. Ialysos beach is found within 10 minutes from the property and it is fully organized with sunbeds and parasols for hire as well as water sports and activities. The airport of Rhodes is found 18 minutes away.
