Welcome to our family home in Sikia! Our lovely house was renovated at 2008, when we decide with my husband to start out our family there! We lived in Sikia for 8 happy years, but when our two boys, came in an age to go to schools and other activities, we decided to move closer to a town for their education! Now we live in Palaikastro, South east from Cosy country Villa, near the famous Palm forest “Vai”. I run a business there, were you can find Art and Jewelry mostly made by myself, as well as from other local craftsman’s. You can walk up to “ Profitis Ilia’s “ church in top of the village to get spectacular views both from Sitia and Makrigialos, find the E9 path through Geopark at the surrounding mountains, or take a walk at the village with natives to welcome you in their homeplace. Relax in the evening at the Old milestone in the square of Sikia, to have a refreshment or local raki from the kafeneion! Also a taverna is available in the square of the village to enjoy local recipes and Cretan traditional food !
