Second Floor: Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms, offering a peaceful space for a restful night’s sleep with views of nature. Outdoor Area: The house is surrounded by an olive grove, providing a calm and relaxing environment.

My name is Svetlana, and I am happy to welcome guests to this home. I wanted to create a place where people come not only to stay near the sea, but to truly relax, slow down, and enjoy a sense of peace. The house is surrounded by olive trees, in a quieter setting away from the busy tourist area, while still being close to everything you may need: beaches, cafés, and shops are all within easy reach. The layout is designed for a comfortable stay. On the first level, there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely space to spend time together, enjoy breakfast or dinner, and simply feel at home. On the second level, you will find the bedrooms, a more private and peaceful area for rest and sleep. The greenery around the house creates a special atmosphere. Even on hot summer days, it brings natural shade, a pleasant sense of freshness, and a feeling of privacy. This home is a wonderful choice for families, for guests who value a calm and relaxing holiday, and for those who want to stay close to the sea without being in the middle of noise and crowds.
