Βεράντα μέσα στα δέντρα κ στο πρασινο.Μερικά σκαλιά κ μια υπέροχη ταράτσα 85 τ.μ πλήρως διαμορφωμένη με μεγάλο κιοσκι αιώρα κ φυτα δίνουν άλλο αέρα στην υπεροχή Θέα, που συνδυάζει Θάλασσα κ Βουνό..Η όμορφη θάλασσα της Αρτέμιδας στα 850 μέτρα με την Ραφήνα Κ τον Ευβοικο κολπο κ απέναντι τα Πεντελικα Όρη,γεμίζουν το βλέμμα ομορφιά.
